Light to moderate rainfall at many places accompanied by isolated thunderstorms and lightning is likely to occur across Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana, Chandigarh, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan on October 16.
The weather office has predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall is also expected to take place over parts of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab on the same day.
