Chandigarh: UT’s Kashvee Gautam, who was awarded the Jagmohan Dalmiya Trophy for Best Woman Cricketer (Junior Domestic) during the BCCI Awards held recently in Hyderabad, was honored by UTCA President Sanjay Tandon at Cricket Stadium, Sector 16 on Wednesday.
Due to her injury, Kashvee could not become part of the award ceremony and UTCA’s Secretary Devender Sharma received the award on her behalf. Sanjay Tandon presented the medallion to Kashvee received from the BCCI.
Tandon wished for her recovery and expressed best wishes for the Women’s IPL starting from February 23. Along with UTCA officials, the player’s father was also present on the occasion.
