Chandigarh, unbeaten Rithwik Sood (55), skipper Ehit Salaria (69) and Meet Dahiya (65) helped Chandigarh to score 378/7 runs on the first day of the Vijay Merchant Trophy match being played against Bihar at Pune.
Chandigarh won the toss and obatpted to first. With the initial blow at 50/2, the 91-run partnership between Salaria and Dahiya gave a morale boost to the team.
Shilok Raina added 47 and Rupesh Yadav contributed 45 during the course of match. Mohit Kumar (4/112) took the maximum four wickets.
