Dawn Punjab Bureau / Chandigarh : Yuva Halla Bol President Anupam has slammed Punjab Chief Minister Amrinder Singh in recruitment of kins of Party detractors. He warned that in his bid to address discontentment within his party, the Chief Minister is fanning discontentment among the unemployed youth of Punjab.
Punjab State Congress is riddled with factionalism and the recent intervention by Congress High Command has exposed all other claims. Besides Navjot Singh Sidhu, many other state Congress Leaders have expressed their discontentment of Captain.
Now in a strange unfolding of events, Captain is offering DSP and other government jobs to kith and kin of discontented State Congress Leaders.
Govind Mishra, National Coordinator of Yuva Halla Bol has expressed dismay to this development by exposing how for just 41 clerks post in UT Chandigarh, the administration has received more 18,000 applications. “The 18,000 applicants are shocked to note that kith and kin of Punjab State Congress Leaders are directly appointed to the DSP’s and Tehsildar rank in Punjab Government”. He also remarked about the alarmingly high unemployment rate in Punjab at 8.8 percent.
“Captain is hell bent in ruining the future of Punjab by appointing incompetent candidates”, said Harshit Singh, Yuva Halla Bol Chandigarh Chief. Harshit Singh further opines that Young Punjab will now have to eye on the CM’s Chair as the threat to CM Chair is sole reason for these out of nowhere appointments. Youth of Punjab is furious with the present development and willing to teach Captain Sahib a lesson in upcoming assembly elections.
Anupam, National President claims that, unemployment will the biggest poll issue in the 2022 state assembly elections in Punjab. “Punjab’s Kisan have shown the way forward to Indian farmers and now it’s Punjab’s Naujawan turn to lead the way in creating a statewide movement against unemployment said Anupam.
Yuva Halla Bol is a National Youth organisation committed to working towards the cause of unemployment and the issues that majorly concerns the Youth.
