Stop misleading Punjabis : Bains to Kejriwal

SAD exposes lies of Kejriwal on release of Prof Bhullar by releasing record of Sentence Review Board and minutes of it’s meeting

Chandigarh : The Shiromani Akali Dal today exposed Delhi CM and AAP Convener Arvind Kejriwal’s lies on release of Prof Devinder Pal Singh Bhullar by releasing list of office bearers of Sentence Review Board and minutes of it’s meeting held on Prof Bhullar.
Addressing a press conference at party head office here today, Mr
harcharan singh Bains Principal Advisor of SAD President Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal said that Mr Kejriwal was trying to befool Punjabis with his assertions that he has nothing to do with release of Prof Bhullar whereas reallity is that 5 out is 7 members of Sentence Review Board are directly related with Mr Kejriwal.


He disclosed that Delhi Home Minister Mr. satendra Jain was Chairman of the board whereas BS Bhalla Principal Secretary Home Delhi, Sandeep Goel DGP Prisons, Sanjay Kumar Aggarwal Principal Secretary Law and Justice Delhi and Ms Rashmi Singh Director Social Welfare Delhi were five members who were directly associated with Mr. Kejriwal.


Other two members were Delhi Additional Sessions Judge Satish Kumar and Rajesh Deo who was nominated by Commissioner Delhi Police.
Mr. Bains said that this board had held a meeting on December 11, 2020 in which it rejected plea for release of Prof Bhullar.


Mr Bains released minutes of this meeting to media and said that it was his cabinet colleague who led board to reject plea of Prof Bhullar.
He said Mr Kejriwal should desist from misleading Punjabis on the issue now when it had been proved that he was responsible for non release of Prof Bhullar.


Lashing out at PPCC President Navjot Singh Sidhu, the SAD leader said that he had power to dislodge a cm and get replaced DGP and AG but was doing drama on serving people specially on issue of getting employees regularised.
