People of Punjab made up their mind to bring Akali BSP government to power: Parvinder Singh Sohana

Shiromani Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party joint candidate Parvinder Singh Sohana weighed against coins at various places

Mohali : The joint candidate of Shiromani Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party from Mohali Assembly constituency Parvinder Singh Sohana today held election meetings in Raipur Khurd, Durali, Jujhar Nagar, Manana and other areas. In these meetings the residents of different villages gave strong impetus to the election campaign of Akali Dal and BSP and weighed Parvinder Singh Sohana against coins in many places.


Speaking on the occasion Parvinder Singh Sohana said that he has entered the election fray with the development work done by the previous Akali Dal government in the villages and  Mohali town. He said that now it was up to the people to decide whether they should return to the Congress party which had been enjoying the power of Punjab for the last five years by taking oath of Gutka Sahib or the Akali-BSP alliance which has always kept Punjab up above anything else.


He said that people of entire region including Mohali had made up their mind that this time they wouldnot vote for Aam Aadmi Party’s corporate tycoon Kulwant Singh who was pursuing personal interests nor Balbir Singh Sidhu of Congress party who was grabbing land of villages in the constituency.

He assured the people that with the formation of a joint government of Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party in Punjab, Punjab would be on the path of re-development and progress and development works would be carried out in full transparency as per the advice and needs of the people.

Meanwhile, the President of Youth Akali Dal Urban Harmanpreet Singh Prince today went door to door in Phase 3B1 of Mohali seeking votes in favor of Parvinder Singh Sohana, joint candidate of Shiromani Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party. He said that Congress party was in the fray for the second time in a row with the intention of looting Punjab and same was the intention of Aam Aadmi Party. He said that it was imperative to bring in SAD-BSP government to save Punjab.

On this occasion Dilbag Singh, Sohan Singh, Harinder Singh Pradhan Bahujan Samaj Party, Bhajan Singh Kisan Morcha, Sandeep Singh Soni, Baljinder Singh Panch, Darshan Singh Kisan Morcha, Kanta Bai, Kulwant Singh, Jagdev Singh Jaggi and other locals from different villages were present.
