The scenario is of global COVID-19 lockdown and students are missing much of the action they must have had that is associated with regular college. The motive was to keep students active and check out their fitness level by asking them to perform various physical activities. Achieving the task was no easy feat for example, 80 jumping jacks were required to be performed in a time span of 1 minute, likewise, in one minute duration students were asked to perform 50 squats, 80 skipping, 40 push-ups, and 60 high knees. Single leg stand task had no time limit and the one who did it for the maximum duration was adjudged as the winner.
The response from CGCians was highly overwhelming not just in the number of entries received for each event but also for the enthusiasm and zeal with which students performed. Every participant is a winner in the true sense, as it goes on to show these students have maintained upbeat mood and keeping themselves motivated in this lockdown.
