With the coming of coalition government of Shiromani Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party in Punjab, the people of Mohali constituency would get huge concessions and special benefits would be given to all sections of the people. The Akali Dal-BSP alliance has come up with special schemes especially for government employees, contract and outsourced employees, industrialists, youth, women, shopkeepers, traders, farmers and students.
This was stated by Shiromani Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party candidate Parvinder Singh Sohana from Mohali Assembly constituency in his address at various election meetings in Mohali Assembly constituency. He appealed to the people to elect him to the Vidhan Sabha from Mohali constituency with an overwhelming majority to bring the Akali BSP government in Punjab and strengthen the hands of SAD President Sukhbir Singh Badal and BSP supremo Mayawati.
On this occasion Parvinder Singh Sohana also said that Aam Aadmi Party candidate from Mohali Kulwant Singh is not being seen anywhere in the election battle. He said that AAP’s balloon filled with fake air had collapsed and people were all set to vote one sided for Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party to defeat the corrupt Congress candidate Balbir Singh Sidhu. He said that people now see the future of Punjab only in Akali Dal and BSP alliance.

Parvinder Singh Sohana said that with the coming of Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party government, all the people in Mohali who have kachcha houses would be given permanent houses. He said that Blue Card holder ladies would be given Rs.2000 per month, every resident of Mohali would be given health insurance of Rs.10 lakhs, students would be given education loan up to Rs.10 lakhs, Rs.75,000 as Shagun scheme. While old age pension of Rs. 3100 per month would be given.
He said that SAD-BSP government had already done a lot for the government employees in the previous govt. and with the coming of new government the 2004 pension scheme would be revived, the recommendations of the 7th pay commission would be rectified and implemented. He said that contract based and outsourced employees would be regularised.
He said that Mohali had a large number of government employees and many employees were working on contract or outsourcing basis for which the Akali government had come up with the above scheme.
He said that besides this MSP on fruits and vegetables would be introduced and crops would be insured.
He said that Skill University would be set up for the global employment of youth, Digital University would be set up, 75 per cent jobs would be reserved for youth in Punjab in government and private sector, chain of mega schools with 5,000 students would be set up, 33 per cent reservation will be maintained in the universities for govt. school students and medical insurance will be provided exclusively to the athletes. He said that with the coming of SAD-BSP government one lakh new jobs would be created for the youth and 10 lakh jobs would be created in the private sector. He said that special plan for industries has also been drawn up with the coming of SAD-BSP government and the capacity would be allowed to install solar power station while an exhibition center would be set up in 300 acres in Mohali. He said that SAD-BSP government would come up with schemes in their favor to uplift every section.
On this occasion the people of the area assured Parvinder Singh Sohana that they would elect him by a landslide and send him to the Vidhan Sabha so that a stable government could come in Punjab in the form of Akali-BSP government and Punjab could take another step towards prosperity and progress.
