Mohali: To commemorate the Birth Anniversary of Founder Chairman, S. Karnail Singh Brar, St. Soldier International Convent School celebrated Founder’s Day on 20th December 2023. The event promised a spiritual and joyous occasion, encapsulating the essence of sir’s vision. The day marked the fervour of togetherness and divine pleasure for everyone present.
The celebration commenced with a solemn Shri Sukhmani Sahib Path, a sacred and meditative recitation, symbolising the spiritual journey that he embarked upon in his cinematic endeavours. The path was conducted with reverence and devotion, inviting a sense of peace and unity.
Adding an enchanting touch to the proceedings, little kids from the school joined in the recitation, embodying the spirit of innocence and purity. Their voices, resonating with the verses of ‘Shabad Gaayan’ , created a poignant yet uplifting atmosphere, echoing the late Chairman’s love and compassion for all.
Following the spiritual segment, the celebration transitioned into a langar service, a tradition of communal sharing and equality. Volunteers from the school faculty and students came together to prepare and serve a sumptuous langar, embodying the values of selfless service and community bonding that he held .
