Akali-BSP candidate Parvinder Sohana met lawyers at Mohali Bar Association
Have come to the court of the people on the strength of development works done in Mohali during Akali government: Parvinder Sohana
Mohali: Parvinder Singh Sohana, joint candidate of Shiromani Akali Dal and Bahujan Samaj Party from Mohali Assembly constituency, met Mohali lawyers at Mohali Bar Association and sought their support and cooperation for the February 20 polls. Especially Bibi Paramjit Kaur Landran, Advocate Gagandip Singh and Satnam Singh were present on the occasion.
Addressing the advocates on the occasion, Akali BSP candidate Parvinder Singh Sohana said that he had come to the court of the people with the development works carried out in Mohali during the Akali government and he was hopeful that all the residents of Mohali would make him win the ekection. He said that the building of court complex and DC complex in Mohali were constructed during Akali Dal regine and also eight sports stadium and airport in Mohali were built up by Akali Dal. The road passing through the center of Mohali was doubled by Akali Dal.
He said that during Akali government more than Rs. 2500 crore was spent on development works in Mohali.
On this occasion SGPC Member and former Chairperson Women Commission Punjab Paramjit Kaur Landran while appealing for votes in favor of Parvinder Singh Sohana said that this is the first time that the young leader of the area Parvinder Singh Sohana has been honored by the Akali Dal by giving him a ticket. He said that it was the duty and responsibility of all of us to electable Parvinder Singh Sohana and give this seat to SAD-BSP alliance. Avtar Singh Sidhu and Senior Advocate Saini also appealed to the people to vote for Parvinder Singh Sohana.
Earlier, District Bar Association Mohali President Snehpreet Singh welcomed Parvinder Singh Sohana and other dignitaries on their arrival. Apart from Akshay Chetan General Secretary, Taranjot Singh Joint Secretary, Gurwinder Kaur Cashier, Jyotsna Saini Executive Member and a large number of Mohali court lawyers were present on the occasion.
