Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Sector-69 organised Achievers Award Ceremony of class 10 and 12 for the session 2023-24 at its campus to celebrate the achievements its students. The students were awarded for attaining excellence in academic and co-curricular spheres through dedicated hard work and perseverance. Around 60 students from class 6 to 10 received the awards for academic excellence and around 90 students got the awards for 100% excellence.
The event commenced with National and prayer songs followed by lamp lighting by honourable chief guest of the day Retd. Brig. K.D Singh a famous psychologist. Achievers’ ceremony in the school not only serves to motivate the students to surpass their own performance but also spurs on their peers to attain similar heights. Students were honoured with trophies and certificates by Principal Parneet Sohal. students got 100% attendance award, excellence in academics and sports award.
chief guest Retd. Brig. K.D Singh & Chairman A S Bajwa congratulated the awardees for their excellent performance. According to him award is praising and recognition for the same. He further added that a teacher is one who shapes the destiny of the student and lauded the contribution of teachers in the over-all development of country. He later, urged students to follow the path of dedication and hard work for a bright future. Karan Bajwa Managing Director of the school congratulated the students and faculty for the achievements.
