7th Pilgrimage Bus Flagged Off in Mohali Under CM Yatra Scheme

DPB, Mohali, February 26: Under the Chief Minister Pilgrimage Bus Yatra Scheme, Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh today flagged off the 7th pilgrimage bus from Gurdwara Kalghidhar Sahib after paying obeisance.
Addressing the media, he said, โThe enthusiasm among devotees is truly remarkable. Such pilgrimages bring immense peace and satisfaction.โ During the two-night, three-day journey, devotees will visit Sri Darbar Sahib, Durgiana Temple, Wagah Border and Ram Tirath Valmiki Temple before returning. He prayed for the well-being of all pilgrims and wished strength for Bhagwant Singh Mann to continue serving the people with dedication.
Kulwant Singh said that under the Chief Ministerโs leadership, the government has launched a โน10 lakh Health Insurance Scheme, with large-scale card distribution underway across Punjab. โInsurance cards will be issued to everyone above party lines,โ he assured. He added that the Rasoi Ghar Scheme will benefit 40 lakh families by delivering essential items to their homes.
Highlighting development measures, he said over 3,500 stadiums are being built statewide, including 35 in Mohali, to steer youth away from drugs. He also claimed that canal water has reached the fields of ordinary farmers for the first time.
