Dawn Punjab Bureau / Chandigarh : Dr. Ambedkar Institute of Hotel Management has been making sure to provide the students with chances and is leaving no stone unturned to make use of any opportunity that can be presented to
the students, to foster their learning and overall development.
A Poster making competition was held at AIHM Chandigarh to celebrate International Yoga Day
2021 with a theme “Yoga teaches us to live life simply”. There was an overwhelming response
from students and a very tough competition. It was a challenge for the judges to select best
entries.
The Competition was organized through Digital Media. The students prepared posters using
water / poster colours and submitted their entries through e-mail.
The names of the winners are:
1. 1st position: Pankaj Kumar
2. 2nd position: Sohini Sarkar
3. 3rd position: Jaskaran Singh & Bhavi Sibal
The winners were felicitated with E- certificates.
“It is indeed great to see the students participate so assiduously and diligently. Not only did it
enhance the growth of the students on an academic level, but also on a personal level. It fills me
with great delight. This has once again proved that learning is not confined only to the
classrooms.” said Mr. Sitesh Srivastava, Principal of Institute.
